It was a warm one here today... made for sort of an ugly run, but I did it. Not much else...

You got it in, and that's good.
And you were asking about my running through the traveling. I also got it done, nothing real fast or real far, I basically just got it done. The traveling has taken it's toll, so I just took it easy, a lot of 6-8s, (It also gave me a few days off)so hopefully pretty soon I will feel rested up and in a few weeks I will start getting ready for Twin Cities. My plan is to hit a couple of 70-80 weeks and then move up about mid July.
